Anxiety is a tool for demonic control
Why is everything in this world focused on increasing anxiety around us? The reason is spiritual and requires us to diligently manage our spiritual energy to ascend to a place of oneness with the Father's will.

Matthew 5:8: "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God"
Psalm 51:10: "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me"
Psalm 24:3-4: "Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully"
Luke 6:45: "A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart"
What does it take to remain pure of heart? The Bible speaks of this in many scriptures, but many don't understand what it takes.
Our world today is designed to create the opposite of all that the Creator desired for this creation. Our initial world (The Garden of Eden) was calm, stress-free, and spiritually filled us at all times. The natural world is fulfilling and energizing.
We are currently led by the dominant force of this world, which is filled with anxiety, stress, concerns about danger, focus on crime, and focus on drama. Look at the media we watch. Many popular shows focus on highlighting drug dealers, serial killers, and theft. We go to the movies to see people shoot each other, rob banks, harm each other emotionally, and cheat on spouses. Even children's television is full of stressful scenes, full of violence, full of bullying. How can we maintain a pure heart when these are our focus?
Even more innocently, we believe we are having a great conversation when we converse and connect with others over topics such as bad bosses, moments people wronged us, or even the moments we triumphed over darkness. The same reason we focus on anxiety in our media is the same reason we focus on anxiety in our personal conversations.
We are addicted to anxiety; we feed on it. We don't know how to be truly in the Father's presence because his presence is calm, peaceful, and pure. He is the fullest expression of love, light, and pure thought. Yah (God) only wants what's best for us and wants us to stop seeking the things that harm us and create negative emotions within us. Eating anxiety deprives us of the true nourishing food he wants us to eat.
Yah is currently calling for us to walk away from our focus on anxiety and focus on his love so we can truly be connected to him.
What is the purpose of anxiety?
When we are in a state of anxiety, we are not centered on Yahuah's power and connection with us. We are not in a state of trust and praise at all times. Anxiety creates an opening for the powers of darkness to act within us. Anxiety is a tool for the powers of darkness to make us open to needing them more than we need Yah.
Anxiety opens us up to want and makes us focus on lack or fear. The best way the enemy can work to pull us away from our Father is by clinging to our desires, fears, and anxiety. If we trust Yah has it all taken care of, there is no reason for us to be pulled away into the hands of the enemy.
Examples:
You watch a movie about a spouse who is cheating secretly with their boss. You begin feeling anxiety about your spouse spending too much time at work and on trips for work. You begin acting on those feelings by bringing anxiety to your spouse, questioning, and causing a rift in the relationship. Now, an ad shows up for a spiritual guru who fixes broken relationships, and you open the door for a spiritual counselor to work with you and connect their spiritual energy to yours. Instead of taking your concerns to the Father, you opened yourself up to new spirits you weren't counting on.
You see a social media post from a wealthy money guru calling people who have poor credit scores lazy and irresponsible. He then sells you a debt relief program that costs you thousands and causes you to spend most of your cash flow on debt. You now do not have enough to buy groceries, and if you stop the debt relief program to save the cash flow, you lose the thousands you paid for the educational consultations, but you will also get behind and receive threatening letters and fees. Instead of allowing the Father to be your debt relief and tell you how to see this issue, you brought in another party who now controls your actions and isn't going to have your best interest at heart. Your decisions are centered on this new entity in your life via signed contracts.
What does anxiety cause?
Anxiety makes us lose trust in the Father's ability to care for us.
Anxiety causes us to make decisions that are not good for us.
Anxiety causes us to open our lives up to spirits that claim to have the solution.
Anxiety is a form of lacking faith because when we have faith, we don't have these concerns.
How do we remain centered and out of anxiety?
The best way to start is by removing media from your life. Checking a news app a few times per day to make sure you know what's happening is fine, but obsessing over that news is opening the door to anxiety leading your decisions.
We think we need television and social media to connect us with others or even to learn about the Word through sermons, but we do not. We can minimize or even remove these.
It's possible to connect with people on other topics that focus on the here and now, not the most negative aspects of our interactions. It's also possible to know what is happening in the world without watching hours of video content that adds in someone else's anxiety around the topic. You can view the world around you without emotions, which helps you sustain balance within your emotional state.
It's also important to watch out for music. Even music that feels positive via the chorus may have quite a lot of commentary centered on anxiety, fears about life, concerns about what isn't working, and other items. These things cause us to ruminate on anything other than Yah's love for us and our purpose to follow his will.
Work is hard to avoid, but try to see your work as just a job. I know the jobs want us to be all in and dedicated to the role as if it's our home, our family. This is not the way we are supposed to work. These are not our family, and their desires are counter to ours. They just want to get the best work from us, while we just want our personal lives to thrive. This is not an alignment of values. They often become our gods as we rush to meet their desires, follow all of their rules, and take in all the fear they press into us as they filter it into us to get us to move. Anxiety makes us good workers, but it also keep us in a state of misalignment, which makes us easy for the enemy to attack. If you cannot leave your job, you just need to create an emotional separation while appearing to fit in. The job cannot own your spirit.
Having a pure heart requires a deep level of faith in Yahuah and the ability to set fear aside at all times to be protected against the enemy's tactics. Stay strong, read the word daily, and praise for your King is coming.
